During IDEX-2019 in the city of Abu Dhabi (UAE) State Firm Ukrinmash (part of the SC Ukroboronprom), Saudi International Specialized Product Company (WAHAJ) and Saudi Advanced Technologies (SAT) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ukraine and other countries.
"Saudi Arabia and Ukraine are interested in deepening of mutually beneficial bilateral co-operation in defence, based on the exchange of technologies, know-how and competitive advantages of both sides. Under the Saudi Arabia's strategy 2030, Ukraine is interested in becoming a long-term strategic partner through joint ventures and technological cooperation. And we also see a lot of solutions and products that Saudi Arabia today can offer to both private and public institutions in Ukraine", stated General Director of the State Enterprise "Ukrinmash" Sergii Sliusarenko.
